Our regular reader Tamanna from Chennai India share some interesting hobbies with us. Tamanna is student of Art University and we also like to mention here that she is married and this picture is taken in past when she was at honeymoon trip. She says do you have any popular hobbies? When I meet someone new, one of the first questions I ask is “Whats your favorite hobby?” Most shrug and aren’t to sure they even have a hobby. They quickly divert the question back to me where I rattle off a list of the hobbies I enjoy. However, if most people took the time to think about it they would realize they have several hobbies; most of which are located on our 50 Most Popular Hobbies list.

Panjab University Chandigarh Student Shano Singh

Shano Singh is a student of Panjab University Chandigarh. Shano is lively girl, living in beautiful city Chandigarh. Chandigarh is known internationally for its architecture and urban planning, It is the first planned city of India.

Shano Singh is studying in one of the oldest universities of India, Panjab University. The university campus is a residential one, spread over an area of 550 acres (2.2 km2) in sectors 14 and 25 of the city of Chandigarh.

Shano Singh says she loves her city, Chandigarh has many stadiums and it can be said as city of gardens. Her home is in sector 16, where famous Rose garden is located. It is a botanical garden and spread over 30 acres of land, with 50,000 rose-bushes of 1600 different species. The garden has the distinction of being Asia’s largest. also trees of medicinal value. Some of the medicinal plants that can be spotted here are bel, bahera, harar, camphor and yellow gulmohar. The rose plants have been planted in carved-out lawns and flower beds.

Tahira Jabain Exploring the Self through Photography

Tahira Jabain from Spain joins us with her cute photographs. Tahira belongs to Pakistan but settled in Spain where she completing her Masters in Arts. She loves to capture her photos and share with her friends. Tahira says photography shows us how to look at things from different perspectives, to reflect, to communicate and to express ourselves in a way that goes beyond words.

Need to take a self portrait but you’re just not able to get it right? Place an object where you will be posing and focus using auto-focus. Then put the camera in manual mode with a remote shutter and shoot. If that doesn’t work, measure the distance from the camera and use the markings on the lens to determine the focus in manual mode. You can also experiment with a different aperture to see if your photograph will come out sharply. If all else fails, get someone else to take your picture.

Jawaria basically belongs to Islamabad, Her father is businessman and she also wants to join him after completing her studies. Jawaria tells that ACCA The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is a British chartered accountancy body with a global presence that offers the Chartered Certified Accountant (Designatory letters ACCA or FCCA) qualification worldwide. Since Chartered Certified Accountant is a legally protected term, individuals who describe themselves as Chartered Certified Accountants must be members of ACCA and, if they carry out public practice engagements, must comply with additional regulations such as holding a practicing certificate, being insured against any possible liability claims and submitting to inspections. Jawaria more says that Professional qualification in accounting is granted through various certificates issued by accounting bodies in the most countries worldwide. This qualification can be obtained after you already have some academic degree. Such bodies are acting throughout the world in the form of organizations, associations, societies, etc. Mainly they all have 2 objectives: Protect public interests by setting high standards in profession’s practice (including certification process) and protect interests of professionals.

In the end Jawaria Ahmed tells that today across the job market accountants possessing such qualifications are considered to be capable and credible for wide range of careers, offered higher positions and paid almost twice more than those who doesn’t have it. Apart from that accounting qualification automatically gives an opportunity for ordinary accountant to be promoted for managing positions in any company.
