Desi Brides Makeup, Jewelery & Dresses Just in Fashion

Changes in fashion and preference have developed the demand for Desi bridal dresses. Western wedding dress designs are being enhanced with colour, style or accessories to add a Desi touch. These are being chosen by some brides instead of the more traditional attire such as wedding lenghas.

South Asian Christian brides usually wore wedding gowns or Western style wedding dresses but now it is certainly not limited to this group any more. Designers and stylist are given the challenge to produce an interesting fusion between East and West with these costumes. The chance to create formal wear with a chique look whilst at the same time keeping some tradition, gives designers a rich area to explore. The mix and match culture of fashion is upon us, especially for bridal wear.

New innovations are made almost everyday in the world of designer sarees. When it comes to bridal fashion, you want the best, the latest, and the classiest saree you can find. Here are a few of the very latest in bridal fashion to help you along your way to finding the perfect bridal or reception saree. And of course, matching sherwanis!

The Indian brides are usually seen in the traditional bridal wear for all their ceremonies until recently. The modern desi bride has now decided to expand her horizon and wardrobe to include the western “gown”, complete with trails and veils, which can be worn in ceremonies abroad. The infusion of a plethora of colors from the desi bride with western cultures is going to certainly have influence in western wedding fashion in the local globalization process that have been going on for the last decade.

Desi Indian Fairy Girls at Goa Beach

A charming personality, lovely looks and what a refreshing smile Sharviti has! She has looks of a fairy and personality of a princess. This shy babe belongs to Goa India. Its proved that this picture is captured at Goa beach by her friend as she writes. The state of Goa in India, was a Portuguese colony until 1962, and is famous for its Indo Portuguese culture and architecture. Goa’s beaches reflect its colorful mosaic of history.

As you vacation in Goa and feel the soft sand beneath your feet, you’ll find that there is no place like a warm, inviting beach in Goa to make you feel at peace with the universe.

Since we usually stay at flat at Monte-de-Guirim, near Mapusa, the only time we check into a hotel or resort is when we don’t have our own transport and want to spend more time at the beach. The transport in Goa being what it is, its always better to have your own car or bike.
